Too Cute-icle review
My apologies for not posting in a long time. But I am back with a review of an exciting new polish line being released on December 2 at 12pm CST!!!! Check out Jess over at Too Cute-icle. She's found on Facebook at:
https://www.facebook.com/toocuteicle?fref=ts
She sent me two polishes to review. I should mention here that the polishes were carefully wrapped and then wrapped as seen in the picture shown. So pretty!!
The first up is called Butthurt Banana. Yes, you read that right. Haha. Typically I go out of my way to avoid yellow polishes because of my skin tone. This polish is really pretty though! It is a shimmery yellow with black and red glitters. The picture shows 2 coats of this and as you can see it is pretty much opaque. A third coat would probably seal the deal. I found that the polish went on very smooth and dried quickly.
The next polish I tried was called Pretty, Pretty Princess. This polish was absolutely gorgeous!! It is meant to be layered over your favorite color. This polish is clear and contains a variety of holo glitters. There's purple, pink, blue, silver, and teal. They are different sizes and some are hex shape! The great part about this polish is there are so many possible "undies" you could use: white, black, teal, gray, silver, etc. One can really have fun trying so many combinations! For my picture I have PPP over 2 nails in black, 2 nails in white and one nail black matte. I love the way this polish looks over black! It looks great over white also and reminds me of Easter/Spring!! Take a look and see what you think!
I found that both polishes went on very smoothly and one thing that really impresses me was the way the glitters lay. The glitters do not seem to peel up or snag in any way. They are smooth to the touch and I love that!!
This was my first review and I hope you enjoyed learning more about a new line of polishes. Please make sure to check out Too Cute-icle on facebook and also her Etsy shop at: etsy.com/shop/Toocuteicle.

Hi everyone! My apologies for being absent for the last few weeks!! I have been in the process of moving and am not quite done yet! Everything seems so out of sorts, you know?
Anyway, earlier this week I had on Zoya Bevin. Very pretty color. I just wore the color by itself. Today I took it off because I purchased 3 of the China Glaze Summer neons! For my sister in law I bought I'm with the lifeguard-a pretty neon green. For myself, I bought hang-ten toes and flirty tankini. Hang-ten toes is a bright neon pink. Flirty tankini is a coral neon. Very pretty. I think I will try that first. Anyone else try the CG neons?
Hope to bb soon!

Colorphase nail polish
Sorry I haven't posted lately but I did want to share with you a polish I purchased at a rite aid. It comes shaped like a barbell with polish color at one end and clear top coat on the other. You paint your nails with the polish and once dry you are supposed to use the clear top coat to make designs. The brush on the clear coat is long and thin like that on the nail art brushes. The color I chose was a silver purple. Once dry and by using the top coat it turns an eggplant purple. The polish color seems to go on thick but dried pretty well and without problems. You do need to make sure the color is very dry before using the clear top coat. I do recommend these polishes for a different and fun look. The store carried about 6 or 7 different colors and the price here was $4.99. Have a great day!!

Saran wrap nails
I tried this the other day and found it so easy to complete. The look is fun and unique. I painted my nails with sinful colors Cinderella. Then when that was completely dry I used wet and wild mega last On a Trip and painted one nail. While that nail was still wet I used a small piece of balled up plastic wrap.
I gently blotted the wrap on the nail. I continued with the rest of the nails. Each nail ends up slightly different and that's what I like!
Also, I'd like to do a blog based giveaway soon since right now I only have 4 followers so please help spread the word! Thank you and happy painting!
Have a great weekend.

CG prismatic chroma glitters
I purchased 2 of the china glaze prismatic chroma glitters. I tried them on one nail each. They are very pretty and go on very smooth. There are so many colors present and when you go out in the sun they appear even prettier! First pic is of full spectrum. A pinkish/purple again with a wide range of colors. Second pic is prism. Blue with a range of other colors. Let me know what you think.

Spring time
Spring is here. What kind of spring designs are on your nails? Right now I'm trying to come up with something. Tonight I painted my nails white with LA colors. Never again. Disappointing and streaky. I threw it out. Sally Hansen xtreme wear in white comes highly recommended. So I recently purchased that. That's about as far as I made it. I did paint a flower on my thumb with dotting tools. I plan to do more tomorrow. I'll share my final design as soon as its finished. Also our 50 follower giveaway ends in Facebook tomorrow night at 10 pm EST. please enter!!!
